Carb – Protein Challenge Debate

There is a continued growing interest in a high protein diet lifestyle. Some consider an awesome way to eat what most people like most.  The most recent favorite ‘the whole30 program’ which ‘rules’ apply;  eat meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts, and seeds. To eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, ingredients listed that are entirely natural and unprocessed. The concern with this food lifestyle is ‘raw’ or the lack of, where cooked vegetables taste great, fresh raw veggies have the ‘full’ nutritional values. To be continued…
